Organization
Yuxing Screw has 13,600 m2 of standard workshop and integrated
building with 365 staffs. There are Sales Dept., Administrative
Dept., Quality Control dept., R&D dept. (automatic molding
workshop inside) and Production Dept. in the company. The Production
Dept. can be also divided into several workshops such as head-shaping
workshop, thread-shaping workshop, heat treatment workshop,
plating workshop, automatic lathe workshop and drawbench workshop.
It is equipped with over 500 sets of screw-making machines and
automatic lathes, a whole set of net type and rolling type continuous
gas generating carburizing quenching furnace and annealing furnace,
rolling type plating equipment, and a whole set of waste gas
& sewage treatment equipment.
Throughput
According to ANSI, DIN, GB, ISO, JIS and other international
standard specifications, Yuxing produces screws with
outer dia. from 1mm to 16mm and the maximal length of
the screws reaches 220mm. From drawbench, shaping, heat
treatment to plating, we have more than 20，000 varieties
of products, suitable for various electron, electrical
appliance, computer, toy, clock and watch, instrument
and meter, camera, glasses, tableware, furniture, sports
apparatus and etc.
Our monthly output (8 working hours per day) amounts to 170
million pieces and 90% of the products are sold to foreign-invested
companies from Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong and other places. Furthermore,
we launch accessory services for more than 400 factories at
home and abroad, including Panasonic Sound, EüPA electron, Salom
Group, Shangmao Household Decoration, Amoisonic, Jiansong Electronic
Appliances, Amoisonic, AOC and so forth. |
